Hermina is a popular speaker, who for years has been giving keynote presentations, inspiration sessions, master classes, workshops and management training for business leaders, HR directors, HR managers, supervisors and prevention advisers, as well as supervising teams and executive committees.
Hermina takes a unique approach: She brings to life one of the most influential psychological theories of this century, scientifically grounded, and immediately accessible to everyone. Not only at work but also at home and in the sports club, Hermina surprises and moves her audience with her charisma, authenticity and expertise, but also with her new and useful insights.
High-quality motivation is not the goal in itself but the means by which you achieve peak performance and 'blossoming'. With the right motivation you experience less stress, less chance of burnout, and thus you are able to concentrate better and feel better; in short, you become a 'high performer'.
She links this 'high quality' motivation to numerous HR themes, such as burnout, well-being, leadership, flexible working arrangements (in terms of time and place), absenteeism, performance management, work addiction, work/life balance, remuneration, hybrid working and ageing.
Hermina is a wonderful academic 'breath of fresh air'. She develops the science of motivation in organisations in a clear and inspiring way. The presentations and publications are both entertaining and scientifically well-grounded. Any organisation that wishes to bring its approach to motivation up-to-date would do well to engage Hermina. She offers simple, feasible solutions that make a world of difference! Clear, respectful communication pays off!
