Who is Hermina Van Coillie?

Hermina Van Coillie, Doctor in Psychology, motivation expert, keynote speaker, lecturer in various HRM postgraduate courses, author, member of the council of sages at ESF, senior consultant and business manager at Flourish. In April 2021, she published her first book, which she had written with Prof. Dr. Anja van den Broeck, Motiveren zonder controleren (Motivating without controlling).
