Who is Céline Malyster?

Céline Malyster is an experienced entrepreneur with years of management experience in various sectors. Her broad knowledge and background make her a versatile professional who can effortlessly moderate interviews, panel discussions and podcasts in Dutch, French and English. Céline is known for her thorough preparation and organisational skills, but feels at her best when she can give free rein to her spontaneity. Nothing escapes her, and she makes sure every guest on stage is in the spotlight. Her keynotes and workshops are full of shrewd insights, strung together with a touch of humour.

Why is Céline the perfect person to talk about customer experience and branding? She graduated as a French, Danish and Swedish interpreter and built her career in television, marketing and communication. She was Branding, PR & Communication Manager at a leading contact centre, where she was responsible for both internal and external communication, employer branding and setting up customer-centric strategies. As Quality & Training Manager, she developed training programmes around customer experience and service excellence. Céline also founded the company Walhalla Branding, through which she helps organisations find their true identity and give a recognisable voice to employees and customers. She has over 15 years of experience as a TV presenter (a.o. TV Limburg, ROB TV, Kanaal Z), moderator of events and podcasts and is the author of a semi-autobiographical novel 'Vrouw. With child.'
