Who is Isabelle Gonnissen?

Isabelle Gonnissen is the driving force behind the successful campaigns of '30 Days Without Complaining' which have inspired over 2 million Belgians. 

In the last edition, a complaint barometer was launched. Thanks to its success, it provides 7 socially relevant insights that can contribute to less complaining and more productivity in the workplace.

Isabelle is a lady with a mission: to inspire as many people as possible to complain less and to adopt a positive mindset!

    Choose positive: recognise days without complaining

    Being positive in your private and professional life offers many benefits. In contrast, complaining has a negative impact on our wellbeing and our (work) relationships with others. Complaining, and continuing to complain, results in a downward spiral with negative consequences. During this keynote, Isabelle pauses to consider the impact of excessive complaining on our (professional) wellbeing.
