Why a positive sales mindset works
Research shows that a positive mindset not only improves salesperson satisfaction and resilience, but also leads directly to higher sales. Salespeople who think optimistically and solution-focused achieve better results because they see opportunities where others see obstacles. Isabelle uses practical examples to show you how to develop this mindset and apply it in your daily work.

    Who is this keynote for?
This keynote is for anyone who wants to take their sales skills to the next level - from beginners to seasoned professionals. Whether you are dealing with declining sales, want to stay motivated, or simply want to reach your full potential, Isabelle's tips and insights will help you take steps towards a successful, positive sales career.

  • Choose positive: recognise days without complaining

Being positive in your private and professional life offers many benefits. In contrast, complaining has a negative impact on our wellbeing and our (work) relationships with others. Complaining, and continuing to complain, results in a downward spiral with negative consequences. During this keynote, Isabelle pauses to consider the impact of excessive complaining on our (professional) wellbeing. It’s not always easy to avoid this; not as an individual, but also not as a team member in a professional context.

How can you switch your thinking and choose the positive option? It’s about having the right mindset. Which is why this keynote focuses on how you can choose to be positive in your thoughts, words and underlying attitude. Isabelle uses specific examples to challenge you to make a switch in your way of thinking. And the great thing is: if you are able to change, you will automatically infect the people around you.

  • Workshop “train your brain”

Our lives have looked completely different since Corona came into our lives in March 2020. All of us tried to find our bearings, get through it, thinking somewhere that this was a temporary ailment. After all, this was going to pass, right!

However, research shows that Corona weighs on our happiness. How to move on and come out of this crisis positively? Where do we find the courage to make the best of every day anyway?

This is why Isabelle Gonnissen has developed a training with a tool that gives you very concrete tools, step by step on your way to positivity.

This 90-minute online workshop consists of various parts. Together with you, Isabelle maps out your positive/negative points of view, your biggest pitfalls, "the power of wanting" and, finally, very concrete tools - not only for yourself but also in your contacts with others.

  • Prevent a burnout - find your hapiness!

For many centuries, people have been searching for an answer to the question, "What is happiness?” Has any other subject been written about more frequently, whether it be in poetry or even in fantasy? Love, perhaps? But, just like love, we are often in the dark when it comes to happiness. Far too often, we chase short-lived moments of happiness and pleasure or seek refuge in quick-fix solutions. Unfortunately, these only work briefly or not at all.
So, how do you find happiness? Within yourself. This is the basis of the Choose Consciously principle: Everything that you need to be happy is already within you. The problem is that the path to this happiness is often blocked. In this keynote lecture, Isabelle Gonissen unmasks several important misconceptions and pitfalls that obstruct the path to a happy life.
She then offers you the seven building blocks of sustainable happiness, each of which will help you get closer to yourself and your authentic values.
The goal? To enable you to make life choices that are right for you, and: to get in touch with your inner self - the core of your happiness. To enable you to access that place within yourself where all the answers can be found. Happiness is waiting for you. Are you ready for it?

    Key points
    •    Information about the Choose Consciously principle: Happiness lies within you!
    •    Debunking misconceptions about happiness.
    •    Identification of pitfalls that may prevent you from finding your happiness.
    •    Offering building blocks for living more authentically again and thus being happier.

The material can be conveyed as a keynote lecture or in the form of a workshop. If you would like to focus on a particular aspect of this happiness lecture, we can certainly look at this together.
