Anne Everard

Who is Anne Everard?
Anne is the author of a book titled ‘50 lepeltjes energie per dag’ (50 spoons of energy a day). The book is a manual that she wished was available when she experienced the first symptoms of her burnout. It’s a very practical guide, which is not only about preventing burnout, but also about how to avoid sinking deeper, and what (not) to do once you've managed to climb back up the precipice. The book is based on 230 testimonials from partners, family, friends, colleagues and employers. During her lecture, she addresses the various phases of a burnout: from recognising the first signals (the pre-burnout) to the return to work.
These days, Anne is a guest speaker on the subject of ‘Burnout’. She has a great deal of professional experience in various domains, within public authorities and companies, as well as the world of commerce and publishing. She is also fluent in five languages, which means she can easily modify her lectures to suit your target group. Her lectures are aimed at the business world, cultural centres as well as people who are personally struggling with a burnout and the people who support them.
This lecture offers you specific tips on how to better understand a burnout and how to prevent it.

Anne Everard's book, as well as her excellent keynote, was great at creating awareness about burnout. It offered us a specific starting point to take further internal action and demystify the issue of burnout.

What an amazing experience with Anne Everard. She was able to express in words the experiences of myself and my colleagues. This resulted in open and free debate. These discussions had a positive effect on a lot of people. Thank you.
