Who is Willemijn van Dommelen?

Willemijn van Dommelen is a talented keynote speaker with a loaded entertainment content. She is a storyteller in all fields, captivating her audience with her knowledge and emotion on various topics. Topics such as mental resilience in an organisation are familiar territory for her, but non-violent communication and natural leadership are also subjects close to her heart.

Willemijn is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and has been since the age of 21. She has sold her companies several times and is still actively involved in them to this day. Paradigm acquired her Corporate wellbeing company, PRR-Consultancy, in 2024. Willemijn still serves as operations director there today and holds her chairmanship at the VZW t(H)art for everyone. In addition, Willemijn is a co-shareholder in several (start-up) companies and also enjoys coaching entrepreneurs towards their success.

Willemijn's track record is quite impressive and with her BBA & PR degree, she also has a degree in psychology and sociology. In her own words, Willemijn is so impressed by 'pieces of paper' christened diplomas. She swears by life experience and also released her own podcast around that topic, testifying with great candour to her rebellious past and also discussing her successful career.

    Burn-out: Burn Baby Burn!

    Many taboos still need to be broken around burnout. I have transformed my monster into my life's work. And that has been a particularly challenging experience.” Via her company, Pink Rebel Revolution, Willemijn helps companies to prevent burnout among their employees. She relies on her personal experience when doing so, after she suffered a burnout during her busy life as PR manager. The telling of her personal story makes the vulnerability recognisable to the audence. She shares her experiences and her outspoken views; she is unconventional and says what she thinks. Burnouts are expensive and can damage your company. So it is time to take action, before your organisation ends up in a vicious circle.

It was a very successful event. Willemijn shared her story with great courage and passion. Speaking examples and her disarming approach meant that everyone was really on board.
