Who is Nancy Rademaker?

As an international keynote speaker, Nancy Rademaker likes to share her personal experiences, directly from those places in the world where technology is shaping our future. Nancy has over 20 years of experience of how technology has changed and continues to change society. She has worked for various IT companies, including five years for Microsoft in the Netherlands and Europe. She likes to share her passion for technology and combines the valuable 'inside' information with her experience in training and education. She has huge enthusiasm for people and customer-centric strategies and likes to emphasise how technology influences human behaviour and how it helps them to share knowledge, to be creative and to innovate. Nancy is a highly valued international speaker and has already enlivened many roundtables, boardroom sessions and corporate events with powerful presentations on digital transformation, extreme customer centricity, disruption, Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, such as Web3 and Metaverse, new business models and culture & leadership.     The X Factor of Customer Centricity

    Attention to experience has grown in recent decades. We wish to encounter, participate and experience. When purchasing a product or service, it is increasingly about the emotional charge. The attention paid by organisations to customer experience is in line with this. Organisations are aware that at a time when, in principle, everything is accessible to everyone, experience makes the difference. In my most recent keynote, the X of experience is central.     Culture & leadership in ‘The Beyond’

    Exponentially evolving technology is transforming the outside world as never before. The business world is also changing at the same speed of light and leaders are struggling to keep up and keep moving forward in order to survive in The Beyond. But where should they start? How can they look 30 years ahead into an increasingly complex and uncertain future and translate this outlook into a workable plan for the next three months? How can they develop a new mindset? Is it really all about technology? Is not it much more about new human behaviour? A lot of companies are struggling on account of employee commitment being historically low. Attracting and retaining talent is one of the biggest challenges in any organisation. How can we survive this 'Battle for the Employee'? The answer is clear. In order to continue to develop, you do not just have to let go of traditional linear ways of thinking. You have to allow yourself to be inspired by the world. You also need to look beyond “just” technology and embrace a focus on the human aspect.
