Amir Bachrouri is a young twenty-something who was passionate about language from an early age. That book, which deals with life as a bicultural young person, finding his way in his city of Antwerp, questioning himself and others and embracing doubt, was very well received.
A law student and columnist, Amir always starts from an urgency driven by his indignation. Inequality in society, difficult coexistence and polarising discourse are reasons for him to always choose the nuanced path. A passionate believer in dialogue, he enjoys engaging with others to understand, to probe, to live.
