Who is Mariam Harutyunyan?
Mariam Harutyunyan is a driven individual with a master's degree in Biomedical Sciences and a passion for empowering women and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). In 2018, she founded KinArmat, a company dedicated to empowering women and promoting gender equality. With a passion for societal challenges, Mariam went on to create '360 Lens on DEI', a consultancy firm that helps companies achieve their DEI goals through advisory services, workshops, keynotes and more. As an expert in this field, she frequently shares her insights and experiences as a keynote speaker. She is also the executive director of A Seat At The Table, a non profit organization that champions DEI initiatives and builds a bridge between young diverse talents and the corporate world. Mariam’s work and contributions have not gone unnoticed. In 2021, she was selected as one of Belgium's 40 under 40 societal leaders, a recognition of her impact on society and her commitment to making a positive difference. Her work has also earned her a fellowship at the Salzburg Global Seminar, a prestigious program that brings together leaders from around the world to address global challenges. In addition to her entrepreneurial and DEI efforts, Mariam is a member of the IOM Diaspora Advisory Board of UN Migration, further demonstrating her commitment to using her platform to create positive change. As part of the founding team of the Global Shapers Antwerp Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, she wants to create opportunities with a focus on digital skills. Mariam's dedication to empowering women and promoting DEI has made her a powerful voice in her community and beyond. Her work serves as an inspiration to those seeking to make a difference and create a more inclusive world for all.
