Lieven Van Linden
Who is Lieven Van Linden?
Lieven loves to explore and experience all the internal and external limits of our human existence. This curiosity has led him to run ultra-long distances in the deserts of Morocco (Marathon des Sables - 240 km) and the jungles of Brazil (Jungle Marathon - 260 km), among others. He hikes snow-capped mountains dressed only in swimming trunks and dives in the ocean on one breath. After his engineering studies, he worked for 10 years in an international corporate environment, holding various management positions within quality and procurement. After completing an Executive MBA, Lieven started his own company, Built For Endurance, helping leaders and their teams optimize energy, health and performance. He began specializing and continuing education in various body-oriented methods such as the Wim Hof Method, Intermittent Living and is a certified breath coach. In his pathways, he uses biometric data and body-centered experiences to support people toward sustainable behavior change. His keynotes are about overcoming fears and exploring your untapped potential. About using technology and experiences in improving your health and work performance. About finding meaning, happiness and the best version of yourself. He believes that we all have the innate capacity to thrive in stressful situations and come out stronger and more resilient.
