Ingrid De Clercq is Chief People Officer at Deliverect, one of Belgium's four unicorns. The fast-growing company has five hundred employees and twelve offices around the world.
With her consultancy Ouzia, Ingrid has worked on projects including building an entrepreneurial culture, designing, launching and coaching innovation programmes for larger companies, and mentoring management in young, innovative companies. She has been a guest lecturer on entrepreneurial team building for Imperial College London, Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Erasmus University College Brussels. She has also been a keynote speaker and facilitator at innovation conferences in the Netherlands and abroad.
Ingrid holds a Graduate Certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York, Buffalo, is a FourSight Master Trainer in Mindset Certification and a certified MBTI Type I & II Trainer.
