Who are Björn Prins and Joost Callens?

Joost Callens is the author of De Kwetsbare Leider (The Vulnerable Leader) and De Zoekende Leider (The Searching Leader). He was the CEO of the Camino Group for many years, and he is now the chairman of the board of directors, as well as being active in various governing bodies. He is also the founder and mentor of Toontjeshuizen. Driven by a deep passion for personal development, he shares his insights through keynotes, the Future Proof Leadership programme and coaching family businesses.

Björn Prins is a psychologist and leadership coach. For over 20 years, he has helped people and organisations to grow through authenticity, attention, and conscious leadership. He works with companies such as Colruyt Group, Accent, and Camino Group, and also lectures at various universities as a guest lecturer. His approach is people-oriented and scientifically based. His motto is that this moment is the perfect teacher.
