I now provide guidance in the area of absenteeism for organisations in a wide range of sectors: healthcare, education, government, industry, service sector, etc. With extensive management experience - as chief company doctor, then as director of the Dutch Encare Arbozorg organisation and currently as director of Certimed - I am a discussion partner for CEOs as well as management levels, governments and network organisations.
