How does the booking process work at Read My Lips?
We will carefully review your briefing, listen to your requirements and budget, and provide you with a no-obligation quote within 24 hours, in which we will propose one or more selected candidates. Once you have agreed, we will arrange all the practical details, coordinate the content, handle the contracts and take care of the invoicing.

Yes. Once the booking has been confirmed, we will arrange an introductory meeting if necessary. During this online meeting, you will discuss the message, the tone of the presentation and the practical details directly with the speaker or moderator.

What is included in a speaker’s fee?

If a speaker has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness), our portfolio of over 200 speakers enables us to propose an equivalent replacement within the same budget, if desired.
