Frank Van Massenhove

Who is Frank Van Massenhove?
Frank is a civil service manager with a mission. Under his leadership, the FPS Social Security department was transformed into an organisation that also inspires many private companies. Civil servants are allowed to evaluate their managers and the vast majority of employees are allowed to work from home. His progressive HR policy is still viewed with scepticism. Unjustifiably, says Van Massenhove (and proves it).
Stop telling employees where and when they have to work. First and foremost, look at the results. It’s all about the results. People at the FPS/SS department have stopped clocking in and out, yet are now working harder and more efficiently than ever before. Frank explains how this is possible. And why work should be viewed from another perspective. He is a motivational speaker and defends his ideas with passion. He also likes to get involved in public debates on social media. But what he likes even more is to debate with his audiences.
The keynote called ‘Are managers still needed?’ by Frank Van Massenhove had the impact we had hoped for on WebTomorrow. People are looking for inspiration when it comes to leadership and Frank is able to tell his story better than anyone.
