Who is Frank Van Massenhove?

Frank is a civil service manager with a mission. Under his leadership, the FPS Social Security department was transformed into an organisation that also inspires many private companies. Civil servants are allowed to evaluate their managers and the vast majority of employees are allowed to work from home. His progressive HR policy is still viewed with scepticism.
