Katja Schipperheijn
Who is Katja Schipperheijn?
Katja Schipperheijn is an internationally recognised learning strategist, consultant, author and keynote speaker on learning and engagement in the connected world. Her area of expertise focuses on the symbiosis of people and technology to achieve sustainable growth based on commitment and well-being. Besides her work in corporate settings,
Katja has reached over 15,000 children who have attended her workshops on digital citizenship.
Katja is best known for her books. In 2018, she published Little Digital Citizens to support educators and parents in guiding children in an increasingly virtual world.
Her book The learnScape, learning as oxygen for the agile organisation (Pelckmans 2021), is thought-provoking. It focuses on the symbiosis of human and machine to allow organisations to grow from human talent. This book, which was a success as soon as it was launched, was taken over by Kogan Page for worldwide publication. Her most recent book is Learning Ecosystems.
As a consultant and moderator for executive workshops, she has more than 15 years’ experience with multinationals, learning institutions and start-ups. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Sciences, an Executive MBA from AMS and recently added Digital Learning Strategies and Algorithmic Business Thinking from MITSloan to her personal learning process.
All keynotes can be combined into a customised process in a hybrid setting. They are the ideal starting point for any transformation process concerning digital innovation involving HR and knowledge sharing. In the form of a workshop, they offer ideal support for innovative brainstorms and increase the success rate of innovative projects.
Passion unleashed! Katja is clear, driven and visionary on stage. She has managed to look beyond stereotypes and focuses on reality and the future of digital citizenship. Really enjoyed her presentation!
