We were very pleased with the lecture by Fran Bambust. She is a very fascinating speaker and had adapted her presentation to suit our organisation. The audience was very diverse: from Marketing & Sales staff (sales, market research, communication) to management and front office personnel. We had asked her for advice on several behavioural experiments in advance. Her input was very useful and she was immediately prepared to incorporate these experiments into her presentation. She was also here all day, following how things went.

Fran is very talented and is able to combine her enthusiasm and entertaining style with the seriousness of her message. Whether for 15 minutes or 2 hours, the message always hits the spot.

The first word that came into my mind when I wanted to describe Fran’s presentation was ‘sparkling’. But I think ‘fireworks’ is a better word. A firework of facts, examples, methods and practical examples, with humour and professionalism, which compels you to keep watching and listening.

If I had to describe Fran in one word: captivating. In several words; a lady who uses her enthusiasm, passion and expert knowledge to effortlessly inspire the audience. She has conducted in-depth research and added her personal insights, which means she knows exactly what she is talking about. She combines this with her talent for communication, thus creating the perfect formula. It is always a pleasure to work with her and I look forward to the next time.
