Who is Naïma Lafrarchi?

Naïma Lafrarchi is a lawyer, educational scientist (option personnel policy and HRM) and educationalist (curriculum development and innovation). Over the last two decades, she has built up expertise in education and training, professional development and empathic leadership within the corporate world. She currently gives lectures and keynotes on using diversity and inclusion as a strategy in companies' HRM policies. She is an expert in change management and guidance processes within the non-profit and profit sectors. She is a frequently sought-after keynote speaker, panellist and moderator. She makes use of her broad knowledge and background in various types of companies and organisations.

    Controversy as contradiction or opportunity?

    Philosophy, spirituality and religion can be found in all times and all cultures. They provide a thinking and living framework for the people. What is the difference between thinking and doing?
