Jacques is a renowned specialist in data protection, information security and digital transformation.
He currently advises the heads of several public and private companies in Europe.
He is a doctor in political and social sciences, graduate and associate professor in law and tax law and holder of an executive master in public management. He teaches about the influence of new technologies and disruption on management and human resources at several universities and business schools in Belgium, France and Africa.
